Terrance Dwayne Hunter
Terrance is the author of his autobiography, My 30 Years With the California Department of Corrections: Thirty Years of Incarceration Led to His Miraculous Transformation. He is the recipient of the Morgan Hill Community Foundation 2022 Outstanding Philanthropist and Volunteer Award, for his community activism in Santa Clara County.
Terrance is currently transforming the lives of residents at the Elmwood Correctional Complex, youth at the Silicon Valley Boys and Girls Club, and students attending Morgan Hill High School.

Arnold Fosah
Mr. Fosah is a psychiatric provider at the Santa Clara County Adult Custody Department. He also practices privately and has partnered with non-profit organizations such as Unity Care Group, Ujima Mental Health Clinics, Empowering the Fatherless, Relate 20/20, and NAMI to teach, coach, and provide mental health services in the community. His interests include mental health advocacy, education, and treatment of mental illness with a focus on trauma and stress-related mental health disorders. Mr. Fosah is learning more about the importance of spirituality to our mental health. He has taught classes on psychiatric and behavioral approaches for the treatment of vulnerable populations, management of stress and anxiety, mindfulness, and the effects of adverse childhood experiences.
He is also the advanced practice student liaison for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. Mr. Fosah is committed to mental wellness and is dedicated to helping people live fulfilling lives.
Mr. Fosah is thankful to his wife, three children, as well as family and friends who keep him grounded. During his leisure time, he often can be found spending time with family or exercising outdoors.
Arnold Fosah, a seasoned Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, leverages his decade-long experience in mental health services to empower individuals and communities. Arnold’s key strength lies in his versatility—providing treatment, offering counseling, facilitating education, speaking on various platforms, and advocating for mental health awareness. Living in a rapidly evolving world, Arnold skillfully navigates the complexities of mental health, guided by his understanding of the various influences shaping an individual’s life. His African heritage informs his conviction in the power of community as a source of wellness and resilience. Arnold’s vision extends beyond connecting people to resources; it involves rallying collective voices to share personal narratives and collaboratively craft solutions, building a stronger, empathetic community in the process.
